We deliver standard products within Switzerland in 5–10 business days and custom-made front panels in 10–15 business days.
Yes. All watches are covered by the statutory 24-month warranty. Material and manufacturing defects are, of course, covered.
The language is physically linked to the front panel. To use another language, simply order an additional interchangeable front panel. A fully customised word layout is planned through our separate configurator.
You have a voluntary right of return within 14 calendar days, provided the product is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Personalised products are excluded. To request a return, please email info@telltime.swiss.
We currently deliver within Switzerland, including Liechtenstein. Shipping to the EU is available upon request for a flat fee of CHF 39.90. Additional countries will be added in the future.
