Voluntary 14-Day Right of Return
We grant you a voluntary right of return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for a Return
For us to accept your return, the items must be:
- unworn,
- unused,
- complete,
- undamaged,
- and, wherever possible, in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The refund will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Items Excluded from the Right of Return
The following items are excluded from the voluntary right of return:
- personalised products,
- customised products,
- custom-made products,
- worn, used or damaged items.
