Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy
We offer you a voluntary right of return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Return Requirements
For us to accept your return, the goods must be:
- unworn,
- unused,
- complete,
- undamaged,
- and, wherever possible, in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The refund will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Items Excluded from the Return Policy
The following items are excluded from the voluntary return policy:
- personalised products,
- customised products,
- custom-made products,
- worn, used or damaged items.
