Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the delivery time?

We deliver standard products within Switzerland in 5–10 working days, and custom-made front panels in 10–15 working days.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All watches come with a statutory 24-month warranty. Naturally, we cover defects in materials or workmanship.

Can I personalize my watch?

The language is physically tied to the front panel. To switch languages, simply order an additional interchangeable front panel. A fully customized word layout is planned via our separate configurator.

How does the return process work?

You have a voluntary 14-day right of return (items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging). Personalized items are excluded. Please notify us of the return by emailing info@telltime.swiss.

Do you also deliver abroad?

We currently ship to Switzerland (including Liechtenstein). Shipping to the EU is available upon request (flat rate of CHF 39.90); other countries to follow.
